Delivery
Furniture, bulky items and large orders will usually be delivered direct from the manufacturing factory to customers' elected site addresses.Smaller items and smaller orders will usually be dispatched from our depot by carrier, post or in our own transport.
Furniture is mostly manufactured to order so delivery times are usually 5-6 weeks. Many of our collections come from Europe where they close for the whole of August so delivery times may be longer around this period every year. We shall always give an indication of delivery on enquiry and confirm firm dates once orders are placed.
Delivery times are much quicker on Stock Sofas and Armchairs, Budget Furniture, Pictures, Artificial Plants and other small items. Made to order Sofas and Armchairs Collection P are also usually delivered quicker.
Payment
50% with order and the balance when we notify you that the goods are ready to leave the factory. Manufacturers will not load your order until they have received full payment.
Returns
We will only accept returns for credit or refund if we agree with you that any particular item is broken in transit, faulty or sub-standard.
